Pros: EXCELLENT build quality, especially if you have used cheaper RAID cages before.

Cons: Can"t think of a thing. I would buy more in a heartbeat. I have had these in service for awhile now, and have had no problems. Not really a con, but it would be nice if, instead of four individual cables, it came with the cables that connect 4 individual SATA cables to a RAID controller, since that is the most logical way these cages would be employed.

Other Thoughts: I installed two of them in my XW workstation with 8 15K drives in them, and they are VERY quiet. I had previously had some cheap cages in there, and the difference is staggering. No vibration, no weird noises...even with all those drives it sounds (almost) like a normal computer.
